Location for the 3-day Digital Photography workshop:
Barnegat Light, NJ on beautiful Long Beach Island, a barrier island on the New Jersey coast. Historic Barnegat Light is on the north end of the 16 mile long island, and the classroom is in a beautiful beach house steps from the dunes.

3-day Digital Photography in Barnegat Light Workshop
For beginner to intermediate students and novice photo enthusiasts. Photograph the beautiful landscape and historic scenery in Barnegat Light NJ, on Long Beach Island. We'll explore color and black-and-white photography, creative vision, digital workflow in Photoshop CS4, panoramas, lighting, nature and landscape photography, environmental portraits, and more.

Workshop is held on Long Beach Island in beautiful Barnegat Light NJ. Limited to 10 students. Tuition $1284, includes 3-day workshop; plus $111 for 2 nights hotel, and lunch daily. Our base of operations will be a beach house on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the east coast, 3-nights accomodations at nearby hotel (double-occupancy), and lunch daily. Students can bring their own laptop, and a limited number of workstations (Windows or Mac) are available free of charge on a first-come-first-serve basis, to use during the workshop.

Digital Photography in Barnegat Light workshop runs for 3 days, learning photo techniques and digital workflow. Evenings students are on their own to explore Long Beach Island's restaurants and nightlife.

Please read other pertinent information below. Upon enrolling you'll receive a confirmation email with more details, directions, and a questionnaire. Feel free to email or call (856) 222-9696 with any questions.

Tuition for the 3-day Digital Photography in Barnegat Light workshop: $1284*, includes the workshop; plus $111 for 2 nights accomodations (single-occupancy) and lunch daily. If you would like to arrange lodging on your own or for the night before or after the workshop, click here for local hotels. (*$95 discount if you do not want the included accommodations). Rate effective 9/1/2009. Students provide their own dinner, and there are many enjoyable dining options on Long Beach Island. Students bring their own camera, laptop and software (unless you would like a provided workstation). Plan to arrive by 10 AM the first morning. Long Beach Island is less than a 2 hour drive from Philadelphia or NYC.)

*Reserve your space early, class size is limited to 10 students for the 3-day workshop. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum workshop size is 4 students. If the workshop is cancelled, on our end for any other reason and you are unable to reschedule, your tuition is fully refundable. Otherwise see Refund Policy below. PLEASE NOTE: The Workshop will run "rain-or-shine".

Prior to the workshop you will receive a questionnaire which will help me assess your goals and experience, as well as directions and additional information about the workshop.

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Workshop Completion. Because this class is taught by a Certified Instructor you may qualify for reimbursement from your employer, or a Continuing Education tax deduction (speak to your employer or a tax professional if you are not sure).

Tuition payable by Credit Card payment (all major credit via the link below or by phone, or personal check/certified check/money order (Checks must be received at least 2 weeks prior to workshop). Tuition must be paid prior to the workshop. Your space is not guaranteed unless registration & payment is completed at least 7 days prior to the workshop (2 weeks prior if paying by check). Less than one week prior to workshop date, please call for availability.

Refunds: Tuition is fully refundable if enrollment is cancelled at least 7 business days prior to workshop. If enrollment is cancelled between 1-7 business days prior to the workshop, you will receive 50% refund -minus- a $55 Administrative Fee. There is no refund of tuition for cancellation the first day or during the workshop.
